Service Engineer (VRV) - #1130072

Responsibilities:

• On-site Inspections

• Conduct on-site inspections of VRV systems to Assess & Troubleshoot reported issues.

• Collaborate with Sales & Engineering Department to manage complex technical issues.

• Technical Support

• Provide Technical expertise to support Dealers & Contractors.

• Provide Technical support to Sales Department to expand Dealers & Contractors network.

• Review & Implement corrective actions to strengthen Service teams capabilities.

• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments.

• Planning & verification work

• Assist team leader plan and review daily work to ensure everything follows the process and appointments are completed on time.

• Verify sub-contractor’s job and prepare payment to sub-contractors

• Quality Assurance

• Training Support

Requirements: 

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems

• Able to work independently, pro-active and result driven

• Strong communication skills

• Customer service oriented & able to handle difficult customer

• Able to commence immediately or within short notice
