Job Descriptions:

• Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope

• Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters

• Perform System Setup, Database setup, resolve technical & design issues

• Support for IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS and Windows servers

• Basic setup of Network switches and able to perform network check and IP address configuration of all the network devices within the project

• Installation, Debug and troubleshooting IT-related issues

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years in IT management systems deployment or related field

• Database & Systems Management – SQL (clustering, backup/recovery, migration, monitoring), Windows OS, servers.

• Networking & Infrastructure Services – AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, Antivirus, Patch Management, MDM.

• System Architecture & Integration – design, documentation, UAT/FAT/SAT, staging tests, production setup.

• Security & Compliance – data protection, certification/key management, tender analysis, and bidding support.

Additional Advantage:

• VAPT tools, vulnerability assessment, Software development basic, access control systems (CCTV, card readers, gantry)
