Responsibilities

Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and analysis to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures.
Support the design and implementation of compensation policies, incentive schemes, and performance-based reward programs.
Maintain accurate C&B records, generate reports, and provide timely guidance to employees on compensation and benefits matters.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience handling compensation and benefits.
