Salary: $6500 - 9000 (Depend on qualification & experience)

About the Role:

As the Nurse Manager/Clinician (Operating Theatre), you will be a key leader responsible for building and managing nursing services for our new hospital. This is your opportunity to combine clinical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to shape a high-performing nursing team and influence patient care excellence from day one.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Management

• Inspire and lead nursing teams, cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop nursing personnel to achieve the highest clinical standards.

• Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing coaching and mentorship to drive team success.

Clinical Oversight

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based clinical protocols.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety requirements.

• Monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, implementing targeted interventions for improvement.

Resource & Operations Management

• Develop staffing models, rosters, and workflow processes to optimize care delivery.

• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of medical supplies and equipment.

• Manage nursing budgets while identifying efficiency and resource optimization opportunities.

Quality Improvement & Training

• Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and overall care experience.

• Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

• Mentor staff and drive professional growth through comprehensive training programs.

Hospital Set-Up

• Play a pivotal role in establishing nursing services for the new hospital.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and planners to integrate best-practice clinical infrastructure.

• Set up systems for inventory, equipment procurement, and infection control from the ground up.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• Must have Operating Theatre experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s in Nursing

• Singapore Registered Nurse with more than 10 years post-registration experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisorial role.

• Experience in nursing management, preferably in hospital start-ups or expansion projects.
