Location: West
Salary: $6500 - 9000 (Depend on qualification & experience)
Employment: Full-Time | Mon–Fri (9am–6pm)

About the Role:
As the Nurse Manager/Clinician (Operating Theatre), you will be a key leader responsible for building and managing nursing services for our new hospital. This is your opportunity to combine clinical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to shape a high-performing nursing team and influence patient care excellence from day one.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Management
Inspire and lead nursing teams, cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, onboard, and develop nursing personnel to achieve the highest clinical standards.
Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing coaching and mentorship to drive team success.
Clinical Oversight
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based clinical protocols.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety requirements.
Monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, implementing targeted interventions for improvement.
Resource & Operations Management
Develop staffing models, rosters, and workflow processes to optimize care delivery.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of medical supplies and equipment.
Manage nursing budgets while identifying efficiency and resource optimization opportunities.
Quality Improvement & Training
Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and overall care experience.
Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Mentor staff and drive professional growth through comprehensive training programs.
Hospital Set-Up
Play a pivotal role in establishing nursing services for the new hospital.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and planners to integrate best-practice clinical infrastructure.
Set up systems for inventory, equipment procurement, and infection control from the ground up.
Who We’re Looking For:
Must have Operating Theatre experience
Minimum Bachelor’s in Nursing
Singapore Registered Nurse with more than 10 years post-registration experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisorial role.
Experience in nursing management, preferably in hospital start-ups or expansion projects.
