Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Supervisor to lead factory operations, ensure compliance with international standards, and continuously improve production efficiency through strong leadership and lean practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and administer ISO 9001 Quality Management and ATEX, IECEX, CSA product compliance systems.

• Supervise production staff to improve efficiency, minimize downtime, and maintain optimal inventory through effective material flow management.

• Plan and optimize manpower and production capacity to meet daily targets and schedules.

• Ensure accurate reporting, effective shift communication, and implementation of lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMP/ISO, EHS, and other regulatory standards, ensuring high housekeeping levels.

• Lead and sustain the 8S workplace management system to promote safety, organization, and operational excellence.

• Analyze and resolve quality issues promptly; train and mentor team members to uphold high standards.

• Review and approve production records and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) activities.

• Manage employee communication, handle grievances with HR, and assess staff performance to promote teamwork and motivation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ATEX, IECEX, CSA, GMP, Lean, and 8S principles.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to motivate teams and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
