The Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on execution and hunter mentality, actively driving new business development and pursuing high-value opportunities.
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with global and local business objectives.
- Forecast, analyse, and monitor sales performance, market trends, competition, and costs to inform pricing and strategy.
- Drive new business growth by identifying commercial opportunities and optimising the full sales process, including handovers.
- Implement marketing initiatives, including lead generation, events, seminars, and conferences to enhance market engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to ensure alignment across sales and marketing activities.
- Foster an innovative and proactive environment, encouraging ideas for new business opportunities, product enhancements, and operational improvements.
The Talent
- Proven sales track record across multiple industries (including government, healthcare, education, and others), with consistent overachievement on sales and business targets.
- Hands-on execution and driven, sales-focused mindset, able to actively pursue new business opportunities and deliver results.
- Regional exposure and experience managing multiple teams or managers across various locations is a strong plus.
- Team player with strategic impact, able to contribute as a member of the management board and collaborate effectively with leadership and operational teams.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and people management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing B2B sales teams, with solid understanding of sales analytics, pricing, and discount strategies.
