• Responsible for the full purchasing cycle from sourcing to negotiation to shipping arrangements 

• Working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials 

• Coordinate with logistics company on shipment status and custom declaration 

• Generate the necessary weekly/monthly reports & documentation (i.e. PO, DN and invoice submission, vender code set up)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• 2-4 years of relevant experiences in electronics manufacturing industry will have added advantages

• Possess knowledge in SAP/MRP have added advantage
