Job Description

The Accounts Payable (AP) Executive will be responsible for managing and processing all invoices received for payment, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

The Accounts Payable Executive will also be responsible for reconciling accounts, resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of supplier invoices in the accounting system.

• Supports month-end closing activities to ensure timely financial reporting.

• Foster strong relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors, enhancing communication and collaboration.

• Assist with Audit and Tax queries.

• Assist with other ad-hoc finance-related tasks and projects as needed.
