Goods Receipt Executive - #1131762

The Goods Receipt Executive is responsible for managing and processing all supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely recording in the accounting system.

This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and compliance with company policies, while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and process all incoming supplier invoices

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of invoices in the accounting system

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to goods receipts and invoicing

• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

• Support ad-hoc finance-related tasks and projects as assigned

 GENERAL SKILLS

• Basic goods receipts knowledge preferred

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage

• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese as candidate needs to contact / verify invoices with suppliers / vendors
