We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented E-Commerce professional to oversee and enhance our online business operations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce activities and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce activities across various online platforms

• Support and guide the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment

• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to maintain a seamless customer experience

Product Listings & Campaigns

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content across online marketplaces

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns in line with marketing strategies

• Monitor performance and recommend improvements to increase visibility and sales

Reporting & Coordination

• Track and analyse sales data to prepare regular performance reports

• Collaborate with internal teams on inventory, marketing, and operations planning

• Suggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and overall performance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail operations

• Familiar with e-commerce platforms

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and support a team
