Working Days: 6days work week

Working Time:

• Night Shift: 21:00 – 09:00 (12 hours), 6 days on / 1 day off

• Day Shift: 09:00 – 18:00 (9 hours), 6 days on / 1 day off

Location: Jurong Fishery Port

Salary: SGD 3000 - 5000

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy under the assigned team, including quantity, expiry dates, storage locations, and safe stacking and storage of goods.

• Ensure smooth daily operations of assigned tasks, compliance with operational procedures, maintenance of order and efficiency, and on-time fulfillment.

• Plan and arrange daily manpower based on workload; allocate tasks fairly and reasonably. Conduct daily operational training and enforce standard operating procedures to enhance team awareness, efficiency, and productivity.

• Standardize warehouse storage practices; monitor daily cargo damage, inventory discrepancies, and expiry variances, and minimize operational losses.

• Emphasize 6S management in warehouse and on-site operations to maintain a clean, orderly storage environment and a professional team image.

• Complete other reasonable temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Proficient in computer operations.

• At least 2 years of warehouse operations management experience.

• Proven experience managing a team of 20 people or more.

• Strong coordination and execution skills.

• Fast learner with good communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse storage and transportation operations.

• Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) operations.
