Engineer (Service & Application) - #1131633

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, preventive maintenance and remedial repair maintenance on complex electro-mechanical semiconductor equipment

• Develop improvements for processes, hardware for continuous improvement of equipment

• Liaise with customer to qualify the equipment during installation

• Perform equipment installations, preventative maintenance and remedial repair maintenance

• Develop and execute action plans to resolve customer issues

• Performs special assignments and projects as assigned and to follow all duties and responsibilities assigned by the management or superiors.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree qualification in any Engineering/Science discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably from Semiconductor

• Experience in precision engineering and/or semiconductor manufacturing and/or semiconductor equipment

• Experience with Assembly Saw/Ball Tool related sales with highly advantageous

• Experience with Active Thermal Control product with highly advantageous

• Willingness to travel on short and long notices or as required by the business.
