JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Perform accounting functions using QuickBooks, including maintaining accounting records and performing bank reconciliations.
· Process supplier invoices and employees’ expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
· Assist with monthly closing and reporting activities.
· Maintain proper internal records, documentation, and filing.
· Provide administrative supports, including maintaining office supplies inventory and supporting day-to-day office operations.
· Coordinate and follow up with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
· Assist in sourcing and liaising with service providers for various administrative and operational services.
· Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks is an added advantage.
· Experience in handling a full set of accounts is an added advantage.
· Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
· Good interpersonal, communication, and written skills in both English and Chinese.
· Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
