Responsibilities:

• Perform sales support function, like handling customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner, organizing orders, preparing invoices and customer service

• Handle shipping matters including import and export procedures and full set of shipping documentation

• Act as key interface by providing day-to-day logistics support

• Maintain accurate inventory record and coordinate with inventory planning

• Coordinate delivery schedule and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers

• Pick and pack, manage shipments in warehouse, including containers and couriers

• Comply with height, weight and special handling requirements such as wrapping, labeling, stacking, moving with physical support

• Communicate with logistics services providers on delivery and stock transfer matter

• Communicate with our headquarters in Europe and colleagues in Southeast Asia

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Shipping, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling a full set of shipping documents

• Strong knowledge of shipping terms and procedures

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and experienced with ERP systems

• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, a good team player, and able to work independently

• Possession of a valid forklift license is mandatory
