What you'll be doing?
Collaborate: Work closely with the Customer Service Representative to resolve client security system issues promptly.
Support: Provide comprehensive support and maintenance services, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and training.
Document: Create detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD software to ensure accurate system representation.
Partner: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure contract renewals.
Maintain: Adhere to company standards and policies to deliver excellent service and address daily troubleshooting needs.
Follow up: Thoroughly follow up on open technical issues until they are fully resolved.
Own: Take ownership of service-related issues post-project handover to ensure ongoing excellence.
Who are they looking for?
Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Computer, Automatization, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the security systems field, with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems being a plus.
Skills: Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network, and databases. Ability to work under pressure, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent self-learning abilities.
Attributes: Customer-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
