Retail Manager (Electrical) | (Up to $4,000 a month / 44 hours per week) - #1131309

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, gross profit, and business targets
-Manage staffing, duty rosters, promoters, and team performance
-Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer service
-Monitor individual and store sales performance; coach underperformers and reward top performers
-Conduct daily briefings and regular team meetings on promotions, competitors, and targets
-Oversee sales floor activities to ensure excellent customer service and closing of sales
-Ensure proper inventory control, stock availability, and discrepancy resolution
-Handle customer issues, vendor returns, AR follow-ups, and documentation
-Ensure store cleanliness, product display standards, and staff presentation
-Prepare reports, submit paperwork, and participate in stock takes
-Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of retail experience (electrical department preferred)
-Strong leadership and sales management skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
