Role Summary

You are responsible to support and contribute in Product FA (Failure Analysis) and FA tools /laboratory maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Product yield and wafer return EFA/PFA (Electrical /Physical failure analysis)

·       To perform physical Failure analysis using FIB/TEM/SEM/EDX/Sela Cleave

·       To perform layer by layer mechanical polishing

·       Have experience on IV curve tracing and hotspot analysis.

·       To compile FA reports based on the FA work done.

·       To involve in the FA Lab tools /equipment maintenance.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

·       Diploma in Electrical /Electronics /Material /Mechanical Engineering or Physics science.

·       Have worked in FA lab with relevant experience on Cu technology process would be plus.

·       Fresh Diploma graduates will be considered.

·       An excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication and written skills

·       Highly committed with good ownership and accountability

·       Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

·       Proficient in MS Office Applications.
