About the Role
Are you organized, hands-on, and ready to take charge of a busy store environment?
We’re looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to join our team at Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd!
You’ll be the key person behind the scenes — keeping our parts and inventory in order, supporting our workshop team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from receiving goods to updating records.
What You’ll Be Doing
Receive and record incoming goods accurately in our PCOM inventory system.
Update purchase orders and supplier details in the database.
Keep track of stock levels and highlight when new orders are needed.
Prepare supplier invoices and purchase orders (POs) for approval.
Issue required parts and materials to our workshop mechanics.
Maintain up-to-date records of all purchases and stock transactions.
Inspect incoming items to ensure they’re in good condition — report any issues promptly.
Monitor tyre and battery usage on vehicles, ensuring replacements are well-tracked by mileage.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory control.
Able to speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with our Chinese-speaking clients.
A team player with initiative, a positive learning attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
