Our client is seeking a Facilities Engineer / M&E Engineer to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Plan and execute: Oversee all M&E related facilities maintenance work service, ensuring efficient operations.

• Lead and advise: Lead a team of technical officers and technicians, and provide expert advice for technical investigations and fault analysis.

• Investigate and report: Investigate and analyse M&E breakdowns and faults, determining root causes and recommending effective solutions.

• Coordinate and supervise: Manage M&E works and services, coordinating installation and maintenance tasks with the Facilities Manager.

• Schedule and inspect: Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance works, and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate and resolve: Work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and the project team to resolve technical issues and ensure effective communication.

• Monitor and assist: Monitor work progress, manage quotations and fault reports, and assist in planning and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and building works.

Who are they looking for?

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the facilities management or building services industry.

• Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems, and building maintenance.

• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and provide effective solutions.
