Responsibilities
Clinical Training and Education
1. Organize and conduct training sessions
• To internal staff:
i. In-house training, on-the-job training.
ii. On product functionality, specifications, device operations, best practices, and quick troubleshooting.
iii. Imparting market knowledge, market trends, competitor activities, boosting effective engagements with hospital staff and works to keep up with customer relations.
iv. Tactics on presenting and explaining products to customers, allowing customers to make proper product selection prior to purchase.
v. Annual re-fresher training.
• To external staff:
i. Perform on-site training to healthcare professionals, or potential ad-hoc customers, buyers, private customers.
ii. Conduct tender presentations, product demonstrations.
iii. Nurses’ in-service trainings, refresher trainings (if required) on device operations, best practices, and quick troubleshooting. To improve customer satisfaction through continuing education and engagement to collect user feedback for further product optimization.
iv. Address procedural challenges, offering clinical insights to optimize product usage, with the assistance of product principal.
2. Educate clients on proper operational and usage practices to extend the lifespan of their products.
3. Work closely with the clients to share clinical knowledge, improve operational processes, and enhance overall product useability.
4. Staying abreast of the latest clinical advancement and technologies in product interventions, and developments.
5. Provide expert guidance and support to healthcare professionals, and any ad-hoc users in the use of our products to ensure safe and effective application in clinical and homecare settings.
6. Maintain accurate records of all training sessions, customer interactions, and any technical training issues, providing regular feedback to the management.
Sales and After Sales Support
1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client enquiries and concerns through various available channels by providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricings, and its availability.
2. Receiving, collate, disseminate inbound enquiries to facilitate qualification, prospecting, and inclusion as sales in pursuit.
3. Secure, identify and develop new business accounts and opportunities with hospitals (private, acute, community, government) and nursing homes.
4. Identify and evaluate potential of new nursing homes, hospitals, and territories.
5. Preparation and submission of all relevant tenders.
6. Collaborate with product principals, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support the launch of new products, gather feedback, and identifying opportunities for product improvements based on clinical insights.
7. Take ownership of assigned and ad hoc tasks and projects such as but not limited to supporting product presentations, demonstrations, events, trials, client, and supplier visits.
8. Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining sales activities, sales findings, and recommendations for future improvements.
9. Maintain sales data in prevailing platform and disseminate routine reports as required.
