Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as:
Company Anniversaries and milestone celebrations
Baby Fairs and family-oriented events
Aquatic Adaptive
Playdates and kids’ engagement sessions
SwimSafer programs and aquatic safety events
Swimming Programes activities such as Sailing, Scuba Diving and Snorkeling
Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Manage event logistics — including budgeting, scheduling, and staffing.
Oversee on-site setup, registration, and coordination during events.
Handle marketing and promotional efforts to maximize event participation.
Prepare post-event reports, evaluate feedback, and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination (fresh grads welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative problem solver with strong multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays during major events.
- Passionate about sports, family events, and community engagement is a plus!
