How you create impact
The primary duty of the National Air Logistics Healthcare Product Manager is to drive the growth within the healthcare veritcal in line with global roadmap and implementation, support , monitoring and continuous improvement of the airfreight healthcare service portfolio. As part of the Air Logistics product management team you will be responsible for all service related topics, including quality compliance, consulting and technical support within the Air Logistics Healthcare Organization.

Strategic Development
Drive the development of Healthcare Air Logistics by understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Gather and analyze market, customer, and industry insights to refine current service offerings and support the creation of new healthcare-related air logistics solutions.
Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and exhibitions, and contribute thought leadership through written content when required.
Product & Operational Excellence
Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the handling and movement of healthcare products across the network.
Ensure adherence to key operational KPIs and compliance with Healthcare certification requirements.
Standardize and maintain pricing structures for value-added healthcare services in collaboration with the global pricing team.
Oversee the implementation and performance of the KN Healthcare product portfolio and ensure optimal usage across stations.
Partner with global support teams to provide guidance on healthcare transportation, packaging solutions, and operational best practices.
Engage with industry bodies and external stakeholders on healthcare logistics requirements.
Manage assets and resources related to the Healthcare vertical.
Operational Quality & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with external certifications (e.g., CEIV) and internal Healthcare standards.
Work closely with QSHE teams to maintain alignment with applicable GxP regulations and ensure continuous audit readiness.
Maintain training compliance for yourself and relevant teams, ensuring an up-to-date understanding of key GxP requirements and guidelines.
Identify operational gaps and lead actions that enhance quality, consistency, and overall operational excellence.
