What you'll be doing?
Achieve client satisfaction: Coordinate all customer service matters to ensure total client satisfaction.
Monitor service quality: Closely monitor the quality of services provided by Convergint in the branch office.
Manage documentation: Update, log, and file customer service cases in the ERP system, and handle various client documentations.
Coordinate projects: Coordinate projects according to schedule, economically, and to client’s satisfaction.
Submit documentation: Ensure timely submission of required documentation and RPM reports.
Prepare reports: Prepare and submit weekly reports to the CS Manager.
Who are they looking for?
Basic IT knowledge: Possess basic IT knowledge in hardware, network, and database.
Strong service sense: Have a strong service sense and skills, good time management, and high learning skills.
Build relationships: Proven ability to build relationships with vendors, internal clients, and colleagues.
Communication skills: Good communication and coordination skills.
