Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate teaching, learning, and caregiving approaches.

• Observe and document children’s learning progress.

• Ensure a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment.

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community.

• Support accreditation and licensing processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in ECCE.

• At least 2 years of experience working with young children.

• Knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
