Job Summary:

Location: Tampines

Work hours: Wednesday – Friday 3pm to 11pm, Sat & Sun – 10am to 7pm (can WFH after probation)

Salary: $3000 to $3800

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible of shipping documents processing and closely monitor shipment movement

2. To work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products

3. Responsible of damaged shipment claims

4. To work together with logistics planners to forecast customer shipment and build logistics plans to ensure availability of products or services, and streamline processes and flow of goods from point of order to delivery.

5. To provide a supportive and productive working relationship with vendors and other departments to improve company's competitiveness

6. To follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers

7. Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations and international trade compliance.

8. Update weekly/monthly reports timely

9. Other duties as assigned
