Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional schedules to drive product awareness and lead generation.

• Manage digital and online platforms, creating creative advertisements and marketing materials across Facebook, website, SGcarmart, Carousell, and marketing blast channels for all Think One Group departments.

• Design artwork and develop marketing collaterals for events and promotions, including copywriting and graphic design using Canva and Adobe tools.

• Manage all incoming enquiries across email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone channels, ensuring timely responses.

• Assign and track sales leads via the CRM system within one hour, including weekend enquiries, and follow up on lead status.

• Prepare weekly marketing performance reports and support management with ad-hoc marketing tasks.
