Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all project installation and engineering activities, including personnel mobilization and monitoring overall job progress.

• Coordinate with customers, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to requirements.

• Supervise site operations, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all works.

• Plan, manage, and control project operations such as cost re-estimation, manpower allocation, and work scheduling.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and building owners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare monthly updates and reports on project operations, progress, and any arising issues.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project management activities, including design, submittals, procurement, construction supervision, and final handover.

• Organize and control all project elements, identifying contractual discrepancies and implementing commercial, technical, and site risk-mitigation measures while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service departments to support smooth project execution.

• Manage conceptual studies, coordination with authorities, pre-design and detailed design development, procurement, subcontractor management, construction and installation works, as well as testing and commissioning for all building and M&E facilities.

• Liaise with consultants, data-centre owners, and building landlords to ensure full compliance with mission-critical facility requirements and project specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience will have added advantage

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
