Summary

• Basic up to $3600+Variable Bonus

• 5 working days, Office Hour (2 weekend will be included)

• Established Training Centre

Responsibilities

• Manage course administration, including enquiries, registrations, ad-hoc requests, and course delivery support.

• Maintain online registration system and prepare training performance reports.

• Update marketing materials and support events to increase course participation.

• Assist in organizing corporate activities and events.

• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors to meet service standards.

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Candidate with receptionist/front desk experience are welcome to apply.

• Candidate with experience in training/learning centre is preferred.
