Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Engineer specializing in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) HMI, and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. As an integral part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our industrial processes.


Responsibilities:

System Design and Programming:

  • Develop PLC, HMI and SCADA control systems based on project requirements.

  • Design and implement control logic using various programming languages, such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram.

Electrical Drawing Interpretation:

  • Proficiently read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of control strategies based on electrical drawings.

Installation and Commissioning:

  • Lead or assist in the installation and commissioning of automation systems.

  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.

Integration:

  • Integrate PLC and SCADA systems with other automation components and peripherals.

  • Configure and troubleshoot communication networks to ensure seamless data exchange between devices.

Support:

  • Provide ongoing support for automation systems, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, drawing, and troubleshooting guides.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in automation technology.

  • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of existing systems.

  • Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned, in support of project and operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.

  • knowledge of PLC programming languages (ladder logic, structured text, etc.) and SCADA systems.

  • Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in automation.

  • Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support.
