We are committed to building practical and affordable robots for the most labor-intensive industries and driving digital transformation across traditional sectors to improve productivity and working environments.

We are now setting up a new assembly factory in Singapore for our auto-steering kits for precision agriculture, exporting to the United States, India, Brazil, and beyond.

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Operations & Factory Manager who will take charge of:

• Leading the factory setup (renovation, compliance, move-in, COO application)

• Ensuring efficient workflow across production lines, warehousing, and logistics.

• Recruiting and managing local employees

• Overseeing daily operations and administration

• Supporting procurement and supplier management

• Coordinating with HQ colleagues (communication mainly in Chinese)

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in factory operations, project management, or administration

• Solid knowledge of Singapore labor law, compliance, and trade regulations

• Bilingual in English & Chinese (Chinese for HQ communication)

• Independent, resourceful, and ready to build something from the ground up

• Young & Energetic Individual
