We are partnering with a leading Main Contractor renowned for delivering landmark building construction projects across Singapore.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale developments from construction through to completion.

Position 1: Project Manager - Upto SG$ 13,000 (Negotiable)

Position 2: Senior Project Manager - Upto SG$ 16,000 (Negotiable)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage building construction projects from design through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution across structural, architectural, and M&E trades, ensuring alignment with specifications and authority requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with BCA, SCDF, and other regulatory bodies.

• Manage project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control, tracking progress and addressing potential delays or technical issues.

• Chair coordination and site meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve design and operational challenges.

• Review and approve technical submissions, drawings, and materials, ensuring conformance with design intent and quality benchmarks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Construction, or Building Engineering (or equivalent).

• 15–20 years of relevant experience in building construction, with at least 10 years in project management of large-scale developments (commercial, healthcare, hotel, institutional, or mixed-use) with Main Contractor experience.

• Proven track record managing main contractor operations through full construction lifecycle.

• Familiarity with BCA, MOM, SCDF, NEA regulatory standards and handover procedures.

• Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
