Responsibilities:

• Monitor deliveries and verify import documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare customs declarations and determine customs tariff numbers.

• Create goods receipt notes and generate invoices for accounts payable.

• Order, monitor, and post inventory for materials.

• Generate purchase orders as required.

• Update item ETAs in the inventory management system.

• Oversee outgoing goods by creating warehouse picks based on availability and customer requests.

• Handle export shipments promptly, ensuring compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations.

• Monitor and coordinate the timely dispatch of shipments, ensuring proper filing of all shipping documents.

• Conduct ongoing freight cost control and optimize transportation costs and services.

• Maintain data accuracy in the inventory management system's contact records for all active forwarders.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in a relevant field with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in SAP or Navision systems.

• Proactive and capable of working independently.

• Strong communication and coordination skills essential.
