Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction activities and site progress in accordance with approved drawings and schedules.
• Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules based on master and detailed work programmes.
• Liaise with the Professional Engineer on temporary works and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with consultants (QPS) on technical matters and resolve site engineering issues.
• Manage and coordinate site activities with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Handle technical and engineering problems and provide timely solutions on site.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on construction works and ensure progress aligns with project timelines.
• Maintain quality standards through regular site inspections and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Prepare reports, method statements, and technical documentation whenever required.
• Manage and control site workers, ensuring a safe, orderly, and productive work environment.
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely to ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in LTA projects.
• Hands-on experience managing diaphragm wall (D-Wall), bore piling, and tunnelling works.
• Strong understanding of civil and infrastructure construction practices.
