Program Specialist – Supply Chain - #1130448

Job responsibilities

• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement within company’s global supply chain.

• Establish and manage strong customer relationships to capitalize on revenue growth opportunities.

• Take ownership of the operational and financial performance of assigned customer accounts.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, including R&D, to deliver new projects successfully.

• Monitor project critical paths, develop recovery strategies, and provide risk assessments with mitigation plans.

• Plan and manage project budgets, schedules, and strategies to ensure timely delivery.

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through process and system improvements.

• Forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain performance.

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with assigned customers.

• Develop strategies for optimal inventory control and improve management of slow-moving materials.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.

• Possess a deep understanding of production lines, testing, layouts, and workflow.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supply chain management and customer account management.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
