Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage and oversee warehouse inventory and operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, efficient workflow, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update them in the ERP system.

• Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock takes.

• Monitor slow-moving, expired, damaged, or blocked stock and recommend appropriate actions.

• Lead, train, and supervise the inventory control team.

• Collaborate with Operations and suppliers to ensure smooth inventory flow.

• Develop and improve inventory SOPs and implement best practices.

• Identify opportunities to reduce errors, increase accuracy, and optimize space utilization.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to $3,500 basic + variable bonus

• Working hours: Monthly Rotating shifts (day shift 8:30am–5:30pm, night shift 8:30pm–5:30am)

• Location: East
