Senior M&E Engineer (LTA MRT Project) - #1130332

Job Description:

• Co-ordination and supervision of M&E Works

• Liaise with M&E Consultants

• Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff

• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements

• Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works

• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc, for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission

• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission

• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements

• Project Management and sites supervision works

• Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans

• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years engineering experience with Recognised Degree in relevant field, and at least 5 years of supervision experience of Building Services work in construction site for project of similar scale and complexity.
