E-Commerce Warehouse Picker/Packer (SG/PR Only) - #1127773

About the role
We are hiring a full-time Picker and Packer in Jurong West, Singapore. Apply now to be part of our team.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational aspects of e-commerce platforms and WMS, including inventory & logistics management and order fulfilment.

• Process daily e-commerce outbound documentation from Shopee/Lazada/Shopify (pick & pack lists, courier waybills).

• Reconcile inventory across online marketplaces via the eWMS system.

• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

• Assist with unloading inbound stock and support put-away/replenishment activities.

• Stock replenishment planning for restocking vending machines and retail store using a simplified formula.

What You Will Learn

• eWMS for inventory management linked to e-commerce websites/marketplaces with automated inbound/outbound stock updates.

• Interpersonal communication with warehouse and marketing teams.

• Basic Supply Chain Management skills.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience with e-commerce companies.

• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure; commercially savvy with strong interpersonal skills and a good learning attitude.

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

• Familiar with—and willing to learn—e-commerce marketplace operations and multichannel e-commerce management software.
