Bank Repricing Service Manager; 6 Months Contract (EJN) - #1129916

Job Description:

• Responsible for engaging and convincing existing loan customers to take up the repricing package, following the migration of the function.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guidelines.

• Cross refer and selling of other bank products.

• Work independently and take ownership of issues, handle customers’ queries professionally and efficiently with the ability to retain huge amount of product and service knowledge.

• Be customer centric, be able to identify areas for process improvements, and work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal skill and objection handling.

• Possess a customer excellence mindset, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality service

• Good problem-solving skills, meticulous and a keen eye for details

• Mature, meticulous, well-organised, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team.

• Fast in learning and picking up commercial property knowledge and regulatory requirement.

• Knowledge of commercial property lending will be an added advantage.
