Maintenance Technician (Air-Conditioning) – Night Shift

Location: Alexandra North (Central)

Schedule: Mon–Fri | 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Transport: Class 2B / 3 licence with own vehicle

Salary: $3000 - $ 3500 + AWS +VB 

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently.

• Attend to urgent repairs involving air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary works.

• Perform routine inspections and general upkeep of building facilities.

• Supervise contractors for repair and rectification works.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

• Maintain work records, reports, and cost control.

• Guide and support maintenance technicians and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma with 3 years’ relevant experience, or

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance or construction environments.

• Valid Class 2B or Class 3 licence with own transport
