Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure shelves are consistently well-stocked by replenishing, organizing, and neatly arranging products on display.

• Conduct routine checks to monitor product expiry dates and confirm shelf pricing accuracy.

• Process and submit orders efficiently through the SMTS system.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns politely, aiming for prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in sales merchandiser in FMCG/Paints & Coatings Industry is added advantage
