About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mewah Group as a Production Executive based in our Pandan Loop facility. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in the manufacturing operations of our leading consumer goods company. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production processes to meet our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement production plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets

2. Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies

3. Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate material supply, workforce planning and maintenance activities

4. Continuously look for opportunities to improve production processes and workflows

5. Maintain detailed production records and generate reports as required

6. Provide training and mentoring to production staff to build their capabilities

7. Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree or diploma in production, operations management or a similar field

2. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production or planning role

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams across the business

5. Proficient in using production planning and control software

6. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

7. Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
