Sales Manager (Commercial Kitchen Equipment) - #1129864

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3500 - $5000

• Location: Boon Lay

• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM - 6PM

• Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to drive performance.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.

• Manage customer relationships, ensuring strong pre- and post-sales support.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales planning.

• Lead client negotiations and manage contracts to protect margins.

• Track, analyse, and report sales performance to management.

• Maintain strong product knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3 - 5 years of sales experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry or a related field (foodservice, hospitality, equipment sales).

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience leading and working with teams.

• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, including high-value and long sales cycles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to understand technical drawings, kitchen layouts, and equipment specifications.
