About the role

This full-time Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator position at Right Construction Pte Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects in Singapore. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the mechanical and electrical aspects of our diverse range of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination of mechanical and electrical work.

2. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans to identify and resolve potential issues.

3. Monitor the progress of mechanical and electrical work, identify and address any delays or challenges.

4. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on the status of mechanical and electrical activities.

5. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to mechanical and electrical work.

7. Provide support and guidance to the construction team as needed.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator in the construction industry.

2. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.

3. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and manuals.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.

5. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve issues.

6. Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

7. Proficient in the use of project management software and MS Office suite.
