Customer Service Executive (Service Centre)

Work Location:

• Bishan (+ Saturdays)

• Tampines

• Woodlands

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8.15am – 5.45pm

• Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

• *Bishan: Additional Saturday 8.30am – 1.00pm (overtime payable)

Contract Duration:
16 December 2025 – 31 January 2026
(Possibility of monthly extensions based on business needs and candidate availability)

Job Description:

• Provide in-person customer service support at the service centre

• Attend to customer enquiries, issues, and transactions professionally and accurately

• Deliver clear information and resolve concerns efficiently

• Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience

• Support ad-hoc duties and adapt to changing operational requirements

Requirements:

• Good communication and active listening skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging or high-pressure situations

• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset

• Physically able and willing to stand for extended periods during working hours

• Able to attend 2 days of training

• 16 – 17 December 2025, 8.30am – 6.00pm

• Location: Novena
