Pre-Delivery Inspection Coordinator (Automotive) - #1129978

Our Client:

• Automotive Industry

• Mon–Fri: 8am - 5.30pm / Alternate Saturday 8am - 12pm

• East - Ubi

• UP $3000 + Variable Bonus
  

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations.

• Manage PDI documentation including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, POs and GRNs.

• Assign, monitor, and quality-check PDI work performed by technicians and contractors.

• Liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion of PDI work.

• Ensure new vehicles meet quality standards and customer expectations at delivery.

• Provide administrative and technical support to Sales team during vehicle delivery.

• Follow up on any outstanding PDI work after delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level

• 1 Year of relevant experience

• Valid Class 3 Driving License
