Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and liaise with service team to process customer’s order accurately and timely based on work order.
Maintains effectively day to day contact with customers and vendors in order to update business activities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness when keying sales order entries
Provide administrative sales support to sales team.
Data entry and filing.
Handling of purchase orders (PO), issuing delivery orders (DO), invoice and etc.
Maintaining daily and monthly report.
Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Providing sales coordination work and support to sales team
Handle tele-sales and email enquiry
Other general admin duties as assigned
Job Requirement :
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field
2-3 years of experience in Lab sales, sales support or customer service in science industry
Good written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objective in a fast-paced environment
