As part of EAIM’s expansion and relocation to Jurong East (Perennial Business City), we are strengthening our Marketing Team to enhance communication efficiency, improve website performance, and deliver seamless digital information to prospective students and partners
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Website & Mass Communication Executive to manage EAIM’s web presence, digital communications, and information dissemination across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is strong in website content management, copywriting, communication planning, and data accuracy. You will ensure EAIM’s online platforms remain updated, user-friendly, and aligned with the institution’s branding and recruitment strategy.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and collaborates closely with the digital marketing, design, sales, and academic departments
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management (Content & Updates)
• Maintain and update EAIM’s official website, programme pages, banners, news, events, and announcements.
• Work with internal departments to ensure programme information, fees, schedules, and admissions details are accurate and current.
• Coordinate with web developers/designers for website improvements, technical troubleshooting, or UX enhancements.
• Monitor and update site performance elements including:
o SEO titles, meta tags, and keywords
o Broken links and page errors
o Website navigation and user flow
2. Mass Communication & Information Dissemination
• Develop and execute communication plans for announcements, promotions, events, and important notices.
• Manage mass messaging across platforms such as:
o Email newsletters (CRM/EDM)
o WhatsApp / SMS broadcasts
o Internal announcements for students and staff
• Draft clear, concise, and brand-aligned communication materials.
• Work closely with Admissions, Sales, Student Services, and Academic teams to translate programme information into clear, engaging, student-friendly narratives.
3. Content Coordination & Copywriting
• Write and edit website content, programme descriptions, blog articles, FAQs, and event write-ups.
• Craft compelling, audience-focused copy that reflects EAIM’s brand positioning as a modern, career-ready private education institution.
• Localise and adapt content for different audience segments (local, international, parents, working adults) while maintaining message consistency and brand tone.
• Ensure content adheres to EAIM’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Support social media and marketing campaigns with communication materials when required
4. Digital Governance & Compliance
• Ensure all published information meets EduTrust and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation of website updates and communication releases.
• Conduct routine audits on digital content accuracy, clarity, and compliance
5. Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor website traffic and user behaviour (Google Analytics or similar tools).
• Track performance of email campaigns and communication engagement rates.
• Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
• Singaporean / Permanent Resident / Long-term local resident preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in website content management, digital communications, or related roles.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and basic HTML (advantage but not mandatory).
• Strong writing and editing skills in English.
• Good understanding of UX principles, SEO basics, and digital communication best practices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines.
• Team player with strong coordination and project management skills.
• Able to work occasional weekends for events
