About EAIM

Established in 1984, East Asia Institute of Management (EAIM) is one of Singapore’s most established private education institutions, known for our commitment to Education for Employment and producing globally competitive graduates for over 40 years.

EAIM offers a comprehensive suite of programmes—from International Foundation, Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and MBA programmes—in partnership with globally recognised universities and institutions such as the University of Wolverhampton, Aston University (Triple-Crown Business School), and NCUK. We are also the only PEI in Singapore offering a full-track Chinese-language pathway from Foundation–Degree–Masters.

As part of EAIM’s expansion and campus relocation to Jurong East (Perennial Business City), we are strengthening our Marketing Team to elevate EAIM’s brand presence and engage prospective students across digital platforms.

• Assist with content scheduling, basic community management, and engagement monitoring.

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to create content for paid ads, landing pages, web banners, and email marketing

3. Event Coverage & On-Campus Production

• Capture photos and videos during campus events, open houses, seminars, and student activities.

• Produce quick-turnaround content for timely posting after events.

• Coordinate with internal teams to plan shot lists, scripts, and interview recordings

4. Content Planning & Ideation

• Contribute creative concepts to marketing campaigns and content calendars.

• Identify trending formats and incorporate them into EAIM’s content strategy.

• Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to brainstorm new storytelling angles

5. Basic Editing & Post Production

o Canva (for quick-turn content)

• Ensure all output is polished, professional, and consistent

Requirements

• Singaporean / Permanent Resident / Long-term local resident candidates preferred.
