Quantity Surveyor - #1129363

Responsibilities:

·        Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and basic financial reports for ongoing projects.

·        Support the tender process by collecting quotations, comparing prices, and assisting in proposal submissions.

·        Help review contract terms, variations, and claims under the guidance of senior QS staff.

·        Monitor project costs and assist in analysing cost trends for reporting.

·        Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.

·        Assist in preparing progress valuations and verifying subcontractor/supplier claims for payment.

·        Support the preparation and closing of final accounts.

·        Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering, Construction, or related field.

• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.

• Basic understanding of tendering, procurement, and cost control processes.

• Familiarity with construction contracts or quantity take-off will be an advantage.

• Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced SME environment.
