Head of Nursing Administration (Aged Care) - #1129248

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the highest standards of nursing care are delivered efficiently and safely to our clients. You will uphold best practices in nursing, maintain compliance with healthcare standards, and deliver high quality patient-centered care.

What You'll Do:

• Managing nursing workforce planning, training, and budgeting, while ensuring optimal deployment of staff to meet service needs.

• Monitoring clinical performance and tracking departmental KPIs to ensure high standards are consistently met.

• Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and quality within nursing services.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies through effective coordination of medical, nursing, and healthcare services.

• Supervising nursing teams and overseeing both clinical care and administrative operations, including documentation and financial management.

• Acting as a vital liaison between medical practitioners, nursing staff, and management to ensure collaborative and seamless care for clients.

• Leading strategic planning, development, and evaluation of nursing services to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Enhancing collaboration across departments to promote integrated care and a positive client experience.

• Standardizing clinical practice frameworks and professional development initiatives across units.

• Planning and overseeing regular clinical audits to uphold care standards.

What You Bring:

• 15 years of relevant experience in aged care environments

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Nursing

• Valid nursing license registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities within nursing services

• Experience in managing or setting up nursing homes is a strong advantage
